Benefits for Watsu & Hydro Massage
Hydro-massage is a massage type which is based on the therapeutic use of warm water. Hydro-massage fashion in Britain, Europe and the United States lasted more than half a Century. Mostly because people enjoyed the luxury, comforts and lack of any medical discomfort associated with the hydro-massage. Today the hydro-massage is still widely popular and used for the ailments and conditions listed and much, much more. It is one of the most requested and popular forms of massage. A heated hot tub is better for a Watsu massage session. Floating in hot water with Buoyancy and semifinal buoyancy supported by the Watsu practitioner, the individual receiving the handling slips lightly in to an enjoyable country of loosening as mild massage and stretching is applied to particular vitality points in the system. One of the almost popular is Waterdance or wasser tanzen which involves you being lightly submerged submerged. It incorporates movements based on those of marine animals - dolphins, etc - rolls, shapes and dancing positions. The Jahara technique is a more contemplative manner of Watsu.
